Re: Dog Nappers

There was a warning on Facebook that dogs are being stolen in the Fife/Perthshire area too! Apparently, for dog fighting either as bait or to actually fight!! Too awful to imagine.

Re: Doodle attacked down local beach.

I've also heard that you should pick the dog up by the backlegs but I don't know what happens next. There was a dog fight in our park recently between a spaniel and a collie and the spaniel owner kicked the collie in the private parts and that worked but I don't think collies have the same grip as t...

Re: Which breeders dont charge £1000+ for minatures??

If you are prepared to look in Scotland Lottie came from Foreside Farm (They have a website) She is miniature and about 16inches to the shoulder and was the largest of her litter).

Re: Not a nice labradoodle owner

Silly woman! I have met a few 'doodle snobs' who say Lottie is not a proper doodle because she is a F1b, but luckily most people love her when they meet her! Just ignore the ignorant 'lady'!

Re: Names of your dog

I had Lottie's name before we got her, but she suits it! I called her after a nickname my late Mum had when she was a little girl in Germany, a neighbour called her Lisalotte and I alway thougth it was funny and a good way to remember my Mum, she would have loved it!

Re: Food allergies/sensitivities - poll

My doodle has no allergies
My doodle is fed complete dry food with some vegetables and meat added occasionally
My doodle is not cream or apricot

(she also eats rubbish from bins and drinks dirty water in the park if given the chance and never seems to have any ill effects!)

Still happens occasionally and Lottie's two!! Problem is you can never predict who is going to be the recipient of 'doodle love'! They also know what you are talking about!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Which breeders dont charge £1000+ for minatures??

Sorry! Didn't mean to start a row!!! Was really only joking, I love all dogs, although Lottie in particular! One of my friends on Facebook calls her a 'scruffy brown dug' so beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder and a mother's love is blind!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Which breeders dont charge £1000+ for minatures??

Lottie is a UK Miniature and is 17" and 16 kg fully grown. She is an F1b (75% miniature poodle) and came from Foreside Farm in Renfrewshire. They are Kennel Club accredited breaders of miniature poodles and have all the health checks etc. Lottie cost £650 two years ago. They have had two litters sin...

Bid, They look great! My Dad was an old soldier and died this year and we will all be wearing our poppies in his memory.

I am going to look for the purple poppies, it is such a nice idea!!
