He's still breathless and not at all himself :( He even didn't get excited this morning when I got his lead out which is unheard of :shock: Also we think his itching is starting to come back :roll:

Casper is still pretty much the same :( Breathless, panting, lethargic and drinking lots :cry: FINALLY managed to get hold of a vet after trying all of Sunday, we kept being told the vet would call us back but they never did :x They have basically said to cut the amount down to 1/2 a day once a day ...

He's on 12.5mg (half a tablet) twice a day for 5 days and then he cuts down to 1/2 a tablet once a day
Also he's eyes have got widen open (if that makes sense) since being on the steroids

We'll call the vet and keep you posted

Has anyone used prednisolone before?
Since being on it Casper has become very breathless very quickly and we're wondering whether it could be due to the steroids he's on to calm down his itching :?
