Re: Doodle size
Wispa is 26" at the withers and about 32kg, but I think she's a bit too skinny sometimes... But she eats so much! Ah well, I suppose she takes after the poodle side more. We thought she was likely to weigh more than her mum, who was 36kg, but its not looking likely!

Mum & Dad got married.. and I helped!!
Hi everyone! It's been ages since I came on the forum, but I have some news: I'm an old married woman now. My husband (!!) on our wedding day asked me if I wondered if Wispa felt different now that her mum and dad are married, hah! Anyways, Wispa came along and was an absolute star. She didn't once ...

Re: one meal a day
Wispa has taken to eating only half her breakfast in the morning, but she always finishes it when she comes back from a walk, so I've kept feeding it to her.

Re: I pose no threat!!!
Interesting.. Wispa was attacked just once, but I'd have thought her face was light enough to not just be a bit dark blur, and her coat isn't long at all. She's had other dogs dislike her immediately, but mostly yappy little dogs being walked by very elderly ladies in the neighbourhood, and I really...

Re: Teenage tantrums
To be honest, Phoebe (who is 21 months) never went through this stage. Or if she did, it was so mild I barely noticed. This! Though I will say I noticed she started chewing more around 6-7 months, which was when we really got into the antlers. Wispa was iffy about them at first, but once she reache...

Re: Wispa's first birthday party
Wonderful pictures and so spoilt! I will of course require your cake recipe for when Poppy is one. :D Recipe can be found here: http://emilyinkent.tumblr.com/post/48535085954/birthday-pupcakes They aren't really the healthiest thing out there, but Wispa's never had any problems with digestion, so I...

Wispa's first birthday party
I can't believe she's a year old today! A year less 8 weeks ago she waddled into our life, proceeded to pee and poop all over our flat, stole a few dinners, chewed up the skirting boards, and stole our hearts. Oh, and she grew into a beast of a cuddler. And so, we had a party. And she had her ...

It's been a while
..without me posting copious amounts of Wispa photos, and since my instagram is full of them, I thought I'd share a choice few: sometimes I need to fight her off to get at my fiance. I think she thinks SHE'S marrying him sometimes: http://distilleryimage3.s3.amazonaws.com/95e935546c4211e2a38422000a1...

Re: Eric
Congratulations! Was Eric at the wedding? We're going to attempt to have Wispa at ours for the photos, and the boarder is set to come pick her up from Hever before the meal, but there's some worry about her love of jumping up on me to lick my face. In a wedding dress, it might not go so well

Wow, Wispa was 6kg at 8 weeks
At 12 weeks I believe she was about 9kg, and she's now just about 10 months and 27kg.

Oh, I think I actually want to an Immi-style time progression, even though Wispa's really only about half cooked, at not quite 10 months.. Re: Coats changes!!!!
Oh my gosh, I've been so confused by Wispa's coat ever since we got her. At the moment it's like it wool, fleece, and hair all in one. She has tight spiral curls on her head and lower back, thick wavy curls over her back, neck and front, and hair on her belly and legs, and none of it grows very long...
