Re: WARNING: FAKE PAPERWORK SCAM

Hi Katie

How awful- let us know how you get on- I hope the police take it further. Do you know if the dog was sold using these papers?

Re: Housetraining

What are you using to clean up the accidents? I would reccommend using the method outlined below: http://www.dogchatforum.com/dog_urine_odor.htm This will help stop your puppy from thinking that where he has gone before is an OK place to go. I would also suggest going to the vet to check that he has...

Re: Some Wedding photos with a Labradoodle in them!

My brain must be addled- I thought you were going to adopt one of Rufus' siblings? Louie is smaller- 16" I think? Really must measure. And he is a podgy sod, following his castration he put on lots of weight, so have spent the past two years getting that down! I can feel his ribs quite easily, so I'...

Re: SERIOUS HELP NEEDED!!!!!

I'm in a similar position with my husband- sometimes he says yes, but when we have a bigger house...other times it is just an outright no.

My mum wants a labradoodle when she retires though- so I'll get my double doodle love that way!

Re: Hello. I am here to seek a playmate.

Well, poodles hair never stops growing, so is really really long...and then goldens have long hair anyway, that comes out in bagfulls...I've heard of people having serious shedding issues with goldendoodles! However, as you have correctly pointed out, an F1b (a goldendoodle put to a mini poodle) wou...

Re: Thinking of a Labradoodle?

Hello! I bought Louie my mini fleece doodle (an F1 cross) from Lisa Hedaux three years ago now, and he is just the best dog in the world. I went for a boy, as I didn't want the fuss of the seasons, and also had heard that boys were more loving. This is Lisa's website- I think she has focussed on bre...

Re: Questions?????

Gizmo is an awesome name! I didn't notice when Louie lost his puppy teeth- but I think it's from 2 months onwards? Could be wrong. If Gizmo is mouthing, you need to be really strict and make a loud yelping noise and turn your back on him until he gets the message. The fur change was a funny time, Lo...

I'm a big Brighton fan though, if that counts?!

We went to Brighton for our minimoon and had the best holiday ever! Would love to go back and bring Louie with us.

Re: Hello. I am here to seek a playmate.

I think goldendoodles are lovely, however, if you have a first cross you may end up with a long haired dog that sheds a lot of hair- this might not bother you at all- but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Good luck!

Ahhh I'm in Essex and Lisa is in Lancs now- but perhaps call her and ask her to reccomend someone nearer to you? She's really helpful and will answer any probing questions you have.

That's terrible!

Put some gin in that tea!!

Just imagine if the dog had dragged a child into the road...brrrr...how horrible. I won't even let my neice walk Louie next to a road with me next to her and she's 12!!
