Re: Why are some labradoodle SO expensive?

Why are truffles so expensive ? because there are not many around? No not all breeding cost are the same, when I breed a litter it will cost me on average £3000.00 to produce a good litter with all the costs of Stud, feeding, vets fees, heat, bedding, etc etc, like all things in life people will jum...

Re: How can I stop an urban fox pooing on my front door mat?

Perhaps you should ask the league against cruel sports or your local MP how to get rid of unwanted foxes, they have banned fox hunting so they must know what a problem this would cause, hopefully they thought it through ?. doubt it , perhaps leaving a sand pit by the door may encorage it to be foxey ...

Re: Recommendations for a good carpet cleaner please!

yes the rug doctor is by far the best carpet cleaner to rent, but perhaps wait till puppy six months old then rent one. in the mean time use duo.p carpet cleaning powder it removes stains from carpets and upholstery. I found it when i purchased my sebo cleaner. made in germany. look up http://www.se...

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO DOGS IN THE CREDIT CRUNCH

I will not be breeding any further puppies while there is a economic crisis, I think there will be a lot of dogs needing new holmes or being unsold and being put down as people will be unwilling to commit themselves to extra expendature. Please think very hard before producing any puppies which you ...

Re: Does anyone keep chickens?

you may find its to late to get young chickens now. as a lot of breeders only hatch eggs in the summer. you could re-home battery chickens ( not the ones with pp9 batteries) ha ha. I purchased a push along mower and give my girls fresh cut short grass twice a day. do not use electric mower as this m...

Re: Does anyone keep chickens?

I have 5 chickens in a wooden house which sits above a run, 3 feet square. I soon found the house was big enough but not the run, so added a 3mtr sq run to the side. If you let chickens have the run of the garden it will end up hen pecked and poo's everywhere. they scratch and make a lot of mess.. t...

Re: Pedigree dogs exposed

I spoke to the kennel club two years ago asking if there was any chance the labradoodle would be recognised by them, the response was not a cat in hell's chance. The kennel club is a law un to its own, it takes money for hip scoring our Labradoodles and then says get lost, like money taken for the r...

Re: Who does Poop Patrol in your House? Poll

Did you wash to sock and wear it again.?. We all take turn's clearing garden, but as we use Burnes food there is a lot less to pick up than when using other foods. I now have chickens in a run in the garden, at least we can use chicken poo on veg plot. and the eggs are great. Hope we see some Sun so...

Re: dark wax in one ear

I hope you pull out any long hair in your Labradoodles ear's, if this becomes matted with wax it will block off the ear cannel and will cause great distress to your dog. make sure your dog does not have ear mites as this can be the cause of the discharge.Labradoodle's ears get wet due to them having...

Re: KIMBERLENES

Nice to see kimberlenes are giving a pedigree with puppies ,does steve put what generation the puppy is, for people like me who are serious about breeding , it is important to know what generation the dog or bitch is. Perhaps he is now doing this on new litters ? Hope so. Otherwise how will we know ...
