Re: Feeding raw? Read this paper!

I can honestly say that since feeding raw to the dogs (6 years now), we've not had any nasty bugs. I do wash their bowls after every meal but I'm definitely not obsessive about it. Personally I'd be far more concerned with where they'd stuck their noses up other dog's butts and I dread to think of s...

Re: I'm looking to snag me a Doodle and of course... hello

Hi Lee, welcome to the forum and well done on doing such excellent research. You've had lots of responses, so I won't add any more. I've posted a couple of pictures of my chocolate doodle who is an F2b medium, so you can get an idea of coats and size, Her mum is an F2 doodle and dad is a mini poodle...

Re: Potential new doodle owner

Hi, if you want an older dog have you considered contacting Labradoodle Trust? Most of the dogs are larger but smaller ones do come in sometimes and not all the dogs available will be advertised on the website. Good luck with your search.

I get mine from our local farm shop, who mince their own from all the left over cuts of meat.

Re: Changing to a raw food diet

My two are both raw fed and absolutely love it :P I was rather worried to start with but soon got into the swing of it and it's just as easy as feeding dried. I was amazed how little they actually need. I do add some pulped raw vegetables to the meat and also give them vitamin E and fish oils. Good ...

Re: Nelson 10 Month Black Male Doodle In Need Of A New Home

Ignoring the grief you got and the suggestion that you should give your dog to an organisation will sell him on; maybe a little more detail such as location would be useful. That way, those of us who are either looking to give a dog a home or may know someone can genuinely help. I'm sorry but I per...

I can't believe we're not going to be able to make it now, everything seems to be conspiring against us getting to meets at the moment  I'm determined we're gong to go to the next one and have put it in all the calendars and diaries already for a fortnights time, so I hope the date doesn't chan...

Re: what sex is your second dog?

We have two girls and they get on brilliantly :D I think it can be very dependent on the dogs' temparaments, which has to be taken into account more if it's an older dog that is being brought in rather than a puppy.

We're hoping to be able to make this one, it will be great to see you all again :D Hi Is anyone welcome on this walk. I've still not found what I'm looking for (there's a song there somewhere) and it would be great to meet some different types of cross? Non doodle owners are very welcome and it's a ...
