Re: Six days to go!!!

Hi Jo I sat Bailey on my knee, however we were only 1 hour away so it wasn't too bad. I personally thought that it was better than a crate as he was able to cuddle up beside me. I also bought a dog car seat cover and now he travels in the back seat, he is very good but we did try a seat belt harness...

Re: Six days to go!!!

Hi Jo We picked up our doodle Bailey up on Saturday 21st Feb so we have had him for just over a week. I took 2 weeks off work and so did my husband. I had never owned a dog before and so didn't really know what to expect either. I had done loads of research, read the dog whisperer book and training ...

Re: Hello from Bailey

Hi Maggie

Jazz is lovely - very cute, he sounds like a typical doodle. Bailey is developing his cheeky personality now. He goes a bit craxy for about 30 mins and then sleeps. I was beginning to think he was sleeping too much but from what you have said about Jazz it soulds normal.

Re: Hello from Bailey

Hi Bailey is gorgeous. My dood, Jazz, is also 11 weeks. But unfortunately cannot get pics on site. I tried photobucket as advised - but cannot do it - have spent the last 2 hours, getting very frustrated. Then I see your fab photos of Bailey and think I must be stupid, and honestly I am not. It too...

Re: What do you put in your Doods crate?

Hi We just got our puppy Bailey home on Saturday, generally he has been fine in his crate but he does cry a bit at first when we put him in. He has toys & blankets in it and throughout the day he runs between his crate and his bed in the living room - moving toys from one place to another. I also co...

Re: Puppy Play Pens - advice needed

Thanks for the advice, I only want to use the crate at bed time so I will definetly get one of the puppy pens/room dividers as I want to give him room to run about but without the temptation to wreck my kitchen!!

Just need to choose one!

Thanks Again

Puppy Play Pens - advice needed

Hi Everyone I am picking up my labradoodle puppy on Saturday and having a bit of a panic on what I need to buy for him arriving. We have a stack of toys, crate, bedding etc. A few friends have recommended a puppy pen but I am not too sure whether it will used or if it is just a waste of money. I hav...
