Re: Briars mad 30 seconds !!!

We have a similar thing. The minute I sit down to watch T.V. Pebbles jumps up at me and demands attention wanting to play then she charges around in a mad doodle dash, then crashes out behind the settee usually.

Re: F3 Miniature Australian multi-gen Chocolate avail for stud

I've been on this forum for nearly a year there and found it so so helpful and friendly with advice pre getting Barclay and now we have him. There is one thing though that seems to turn an otherwise friendly, pleasant and balanced forum into a more negative, almost angry forum and that is the Aussi...

This is a better picture of Pebbles I think it shows her coat better, although her coat is quite short in this picture

I am not very good at posting pictures. This is another picture of Pebbles. I think you can see her coat better

https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/_hZVOHafIREc/TcQe3X0HN-I/AAAAAAAAAkc/k2QG6NuzubQ/s128/IMG_0693.JPG This is Pebbles. She is two. and an ASD. She is 17" and weighs 11kg. She is a wonderful dog ( maybe I am biased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) She has a fleece coat which doesn't shed but needs brushing and regular...

Re: Walking your doodles???

I stuck to the 5 mins per month for the first about 9 months. Now Pebbles has a couple of walks a day the morning one about an hour off the lead and in the evening about 30 - 40 mins on the lead. She still does a couple of "doodle dashes " each evening then sleeps from about 9pm. Holidays and weeken...

Re: Eska's weight

I think a lean dog is better than one that is on the fat side. Pebbles is very slight I think but the vet and her physio (she has been ill) all say she is fine. She is 17" and weighs about 11 kg. How old is Eska? I had a few problems for a while with Pebbles when she was just over two being dominant...

Why should that be? Do you think it's related to the food?

Re: Tinned food

Pebbles has Lilys Kitchen which is a wet food. She won't eat dry food either. As a puppy she also only ate enough to survive and I saw such a difference in her once she started eating Lilys Kitchen. It is expensive but Pebbles is only little so doesn't eat huge amounts.

Pebbles is really light in comparison - she is about 17 " to the shoulder and weighs about 11kg. She has a very slight build.

Re: Aussie Labradoodle Pet Insurance or 'Crossbreed'??

Pebbles is an ASD she is insured with Petplan and has the supreme covered for life policy. She is down as a Labradoodle - I don't think anybody really recognises an ASD as a breed ( please correct me if I'm wrong). She has been really ill recently and I am so pleased she has the supreme policy - wor...

Congratulations !

Can I ask how long the process took? Pebbles has had her assessment and my references have been taken up but I am still waiting to hear.
