These brushes colour depend on dogs coat, I got double purple as stan is not huge but has a very thick poodley coat, they are to be used in gentle strokes in the direction of the handle and I am sold they are great ! :D

Hi good thread as I've often wondered this. Stanley will sleep as long as we do ( he sleeps with us ) but if we lay in too long around 10 am he will start licking our hands :lol:

After all the advice on this site, I bought the purple brush. Although pricey they have brought Stan's coat up beautiful and in a fraction of the time. I am very impressed and Stan looks like fluffy cotton wool :D :D

Hi Bid I did exactly the same with my dog stanley he moved just at the point I was cutting and was bleeding badly. I used about 10 stypic pens no joy, so I rang the vet they suggested applying pressure for 10 mins so I did this with gauze and slowed it but stan was upset and restless which starts it...

Hi Stanley had colitus as a pup with blood and mucus and he was on JWB from breeder, the vet put him on hills then we introduced royal cannin. He has it occasionally but not so bad. Vet recommends bran flakes and natural yoghurt this works well within a day :)

Hi I use scissors to cut the hard poo bits then clippers to shave closer and I have never cut with clippers :shock:
