Re: Prayers & healing thoughts for Huggy

I am so sorry to hear this. Such a loss at his young age. Thinking of you both.

Re: merlin and bluebells

Where were you? I believe you are somewhere near us, we are in Basingstoke, and we took some similar photos of Morello yesterday up in the Bluebell woods past Ellisfield.

Re: Advice and thoughts.......(again sorry!!)

We had to abandon Morello's crate when we went to the US and couldn't take her crate with us. We gave her a bed and made her use that in the way we used to use her crate. She was fine. When we came back to the UK, after 3 months, we initially tried just letting her have the run of the house at night...

Re: Could have been written by Daisy!

We sometimes walk Morello with Sam, a lovely cocker spaniel who belongs to Julie, Iain's ex-wife who we (obviously) get on very well with. Sam is about 8 or 9 and sometimes he is just not in the mood for walking, or more to the point being expected to doodle-dash round with the lunatic known as More...

Re: A dilema on leaving my Doodle at home.

Andy, So sorry to hear about your wife's passing. I agree with what everyone has said here. Henry will adapt and you will provide comfort and company top each other. My mum died when I was 15. Our dog, Gabby, was nearly two at the time. Mum had been a homemaker and so Gabby was used to being with so...

Tory, what a little stunner. So glad she has found a new home. I bet her old owner will miss her though, she looks like a loving little thing.

Re: Prayers for Bingo please :(

What fantastic news! Fingers crossed he keeps up this progress. I agree wholeheartedly with you regarding insurance. Luckily Morello has stayed healthy so far, touch wood. However, our next door neighbour's cat has run through 8 of its 9 lives in 18 months. Her first brush with death was when she so...

Re: Grooming gone horribly wrong

Bless him. Whilst I agree the differing lengths on the front and back legs does seem a little strange I think he will look much better once he has lost the 'electrified' look they so often have after being groomed. Touch wood, we have never had a really bad cut on Morello, but I always have to dampe...
