Re: Do they change after first season?!

all these posts have really helped and I am feeling a little bit more reassured that perhaps she is okay and just maturing etc. Certainly hope so. Will keep an eye on her to ensure its not a phantom pregnancy but all the perspectives have helped - thanks

Re: Do they change after first season?!

yes planning on having her spayed in October - 3 months after the season. Her nipples have definitely not gone back in. Hmm - will keep a close eye and go to the vets just in case it is perhaps a phantom pregnancy - Really dont think she can be pregnant - as she wasnt ever out of my sight during the...

Re: Do they change after first season?!

thanks to you both - its just the lethargy that has concerned me really although she is being quite clingy too but I presume thats cause we only picked her up Fri just gone and she has (i hope!) missed me. I did wonder about the phantom pregnancy thing - that might make her feel more tired wouldnt i...

Do they change after first season?!

Just wondered if any more experienced owners can let me know if Margo's recent behaviour is normal! She had her first season end of July (and just turned 1 in Aug!) and as it finished up we went on hols for two weeks and she had a fabulous hol at my aunts (who has acres of gardens for her to explore...

Re: Margo's first season... Questions!

Thanks for the advice. Looks like we have an interesting 3 - 4 weeks coming up then... She is certainly acting a little differently - she seems a little bit more restless and clingy. I do intend for her to be spayed 3 months down the line so dates noted :D

Margo's first season... Questions!

Well the time I have dreaded has arrived. Margo is nearing 11 months and has I think started to come in to season for the first time. I had expected her lady bits (!) to swell up like a peach and they haven't really but she has started to bleed and its in her fur near her nether regions...! My quest...

Only just seen this - very sorry for your loss Katherine. A very difficult time I am sure. Your written eulogy on here was lovely - you are so articulate. x

Re: Near miss...

You are not a rubbish owner - far from it I am sure (if you were a bad dog owner you wouldnt have been upset by this mornings events!). Just to reassure you - I think we have all been through something similar. Only 2 mornings ago, Margo ( who is 9 months) was off playing in the park and then just s...

I THINK THERE ARE TWO CAR PARKS - YOU DEFINITELY do not WANT THE ONE BY THE ROMAN VILLA. i THINK YOU DRIVE THROUGH EYNSFORD PAST THE STATION THERE AND YOU COME TO A RIGHT TURN (SIGNPOSTED) - HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WITH A BIT MORE KNOWLEDGE WILL REPLY BEFORE TOMORROW!
