Re: grooming how when headaches the story
Lovley photos. My Archie was a great big fluffy fur ball and so cute and I was worried about his cut but he was so hot and starting to mat. Now he is so handsome. We loved his cut and I think you are going to feel the same. Not that we need to worry about him being hot right now, the weather is rubb...

Re: Newbie to doodles...
Hi there Dodger looks gorgeous. No expert at all by any means but his coat looks like alot of the Doodles I see around here and a bit wiry. My Archie is an F1B and has a wooly curly coat and it looks very different. He is a highly intelligent dog so I am thinking as a service dog you have made a goo...

Re: Stouts new food has arrived!!
Archie ate an entire Coley that my hubby caught today. We are very pleased as the bones are a bit fiddly for us. We kept the cod. Archie loves his raw but we have gone for the RAW meaty bones model so he gets chicken quarters, lamb shanks, turkey legs, rib pieces, etc with additional offal. He is so...

Re: Archie update, its been a while since we were here.
Many years ago when my son was little he had terrible earache, in screaming agony, emergency trip to doctor, when we got there he was FINE! Tonight took Archie for a walk, he was absolutely 100% perfect on every count. This feels very similar, now we have given in and called for help it seems ok. Wh...

To be fair most of the time he is a complete angel. I adore him.
The wolfspeak man sounds really great. I met a woman with a husky once and she said she had been so worried about its pulling and he said What do Huskies do???? Thats when I decided I liked the sound of him

Re: Archie update, its been a while since we were here.
Archie is 22 inches to shoulder so he is the size of a lab really. Not the cocker spaniel we expected but still not as big as a standard. met a superb one who looked just like a bigger version of him so we realised we really do have a medium size Dood. Here are a couple of others, notice the favoure...

I tried posting a video via photobucket but it decided to let you see every photo I have every taken and some I don't want to share with everyone so thats not going to happen. Will think of another way to do this:) I haven't been around the forums for a while, not since Archie had his neutering op a...

Re: Raw food and veggies info please
Gently, I am concerned she is not getting enough bones to chew and crunch. What they need is bones covered with meat and they get the minerals from the bone. The whole point is they rip the meat of the bones, which is what helps keep their teeth clean and shiny.

Re: Raw food and veggies info please
Hi there I feed Archie the RAW Meaty bones diet, no veggies. There is alot of conflicting advice out there so I had to read it all till I found what made sense. Archie is beautiful, lean, muscular, shiny coat, white teeth, super healthy. People stop me to ask what I feed him because he is in such go...

Re: jackson been gardening
We gave up on gardening when in the first week we had suspected daffodil bulb consumption! Now back to a concrete patio with no chips either because he kept swallowing those! My son has resorted to building a window box out of the second floor dining room window. I am thinking maybe herbs because if...

Re: Stubborn Dog.... How to keep him Moving????
Oh my that sounds exactly like Archie, utterly exactly. He knocked me clean of my feet as well this week after a successful mission, careering around like crazy, both dogs flew into the back of me, and I landed on my extended hand and got a hand full of grit as well as a really jarred shoulder. He h...

Re: Anyone know where or how gillwightman is?
Lovely to hear from you again x :D I a glad to hear all is well with your boy and you. Jackson's story ended at our end and starts again with Jane and Merlin very soon. The good news is I think he is already a happier dog and we are a happier family. Jackson and us were not a good match and it did ...
