Re: Sam as a pup and now

OMG. Sorry for shouting. As I'm fairly new to these forums I nearly missed these beautiful choccie dogs. Thank you so much. I have been looking at expected litters on homes4pets. One breeder's dogs have turned from dark chocolate to a coffee au lait colour still very beautiful and handsome. Are your...

Re: Chocolate Puppy Bitch wanted and advice on Non Shedding

Thank you so much for all this help. It is very interesting to learn how differently the pups from the same litter can turn out.

Re: Chocolate Puppy Bitch wanted and advice on Non Shedding

They certainly are all gorgeous and no matter how our doodle turns out we are prepared for lots of grooming or lots of hoovering. I just like to know that we can trust what we are being told by the breeders as I have heard lots of stories by ruthless breeders who would be prepared to tell you its a ...

Re: Chocolate Puppy Bitch wanted and advice on Non Shedding

Thank you for your replies. Initially I was looking for a dog to go with our neutered male 3.5 year old curly coat retriever. I walk out for approximately 3 -4 hours per day split into two or three walks. But as my dog only chooses females as 'best' playmates, I have decided that within the confines...

Chocolate Puppy Bitch wanted and advice on Non Shedding Coat

Hiya,

I'm loooking for a non shedding labradoodle/goldendoodle standard bitch puppy or rehoming one approximately 12 months or so. It seems like an impossible task as I am looking for a chocolate one.

Any tips on coat type to look for or known litters due please let me know.

Thanks
Michelle.

Re: Murphy wants to be a dad!!!

I find this particular forum - "Looking for Mates" somewhat confusing. On one hand a poster that has asked for advice in a General Discussion Forum was critisied for even thinking of mating her dog. And here I find a whole forum dedicated to those people who just fancy a go "at it" and are looking f...

Re: Stout the graduate

Well done stout. I bet he has proud 'parents' lol. You could teach him new tricks. A good one is hide and seek. This is to encourage him to use his nose to smell out his favour toy. Play with it for a while with him, cover his eyes and ask him to search for it. If you play the game often enough he w...

Re: Can I ask a question??!! F1B's

Hi Ben, You obviously did not read my post properly. I did say with the help and advice of an experienced breeder. I also suggested the expert 'rest' her bitch and give her a break to compensate. It is no more safer to let the same dog have three litters than to let one have one litter. The net is t...

Re: Have your say!!!

I'm sitting here with a huge grin on my face lol Best thread I've read yet.

Should it not have been entitled "All the Reasons Not To"lol.

Absolutely loved reading all the antics of your dogs.

And as for Lola - my perfect angel.

Re: Can I bore you?

My ! what a similarity - I had to delete my post because I had assumed they were Bids photos lol. It was only the fact that the second bitch appeared to have lost her liver coloured coat that I read that liverbird was posting. We can see a little bit of Baily, but like Bid I'd love to see what he lo...

Weepy Eyes

I understand that some poodles have trouble with weepy eyes. Is this a characteristic of the poodle that is seen much with the labradoodles or does it right itself with cross breeding.

Anyone out their have to tend to their dogs eyes often?

Thanks Michelle

Re: Can I bore you?

Bid,

How about Isla - quite like that for my own pup but I'm getting a boy!

I also think Lola is a lovely name and a beautiful dog too.

Re: Can I bore you?

Bid, thanks for updating us and now I have had my puppy fix that will do for another few days. The pups are absolutely beautiful and such blue eyes. I would attach a photo of Ben and Morgan but for some reason cant do this. Not to worry another time. Good luck with you choice of girl - she will obvi...
