Hope all will be ok, the vets here don't microchip male dogs until they are castrated, they prefer to do it under anaesthetic, my vet nurse told me doodles were the biggest babies lol

It is gross Maybe an owl..a sick owl that can't make proper owl pellets? Not seagull, we have dozens of them..not badger either, they do doggy like poo and we have squirrels and I have never seen anything like that.Sorry, not much help
