Re: Watch us grow /Your Labradoodle or This is our life sect

Glad a couple of you think that it would be a good idea, it seems like a popular section on other busier forums, perhaps a mod will be along at some point so we can start our own threads? In the meantime here is Poppy enjoying cuddles with her favourite toy. http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r491/...

Watch us grow /Your Labradoodle or This is our life section

Just a thought as I know a few members have blogs about their dogs but I thought a useful follow on section from the Introductions section could be an area where we can post daily antics or updated images of our dogs growing would be a welcome addition. I think it would be nice reminiscing at milest...

Sorry Toby she has just woke up so have just measured her. Poppy is now 15" or 38cms at the shoulder so has grown and inch in 3 days

We are currently feeding her 4 times a day which is a total of 300g a day of dry food. She doesn't always clear the bowl.

Pups from Tia & Winstone's litter born in Kent 6/6/2015

Wondering if any pups from Tia & Winstone's litter are on here, born on the 6th June 2015. Mum Tia is a white standard Poodle from New Romney & Dad is Gallantis Winstone a Labradoodle with Australian lines from East Farleigh both in Kent. The litter was 13 strong I believe. I have managed to find br...

Re: dog onesie for drying a wet doodle - K9 clean coats?

Ah love the rain accessories they all look so cute. I wish Poppy had one as these last few weeks toilet training have been fun, luckily for her she seems to enjoy the wet stuff & her curly coat doesn't seem to pong.

Re: 10.4 week old Labradoodle

The wife tried to balance Poppy on the scales yesterday and said that she hadn't put on any weight, which I don't believe as when I have to carry her when she refuses to go for a walk she feels much heavier. It could be her legs are getting longer as sometimes she looks like bambi bouncing around.

Ah Yoshi is gorgeous, my boys cats are called Mario & Luigi, we refused to allow them to pick the pups name or it would have probably been Princess Peach

Bella is 12.1 weeks
Poppy is 13 weeks, born on the 6th June.

We are also considering switching to a raw diet, currently she is still having Hills Science plan that we are continuing with from the breeder.

Re: New puppy owner

Gorgeous, and well done on al the homework and checking of health certificates etc. What a sweetie! Thank you Liz, it was important to me to find a responsible breeder, which I was surprised at how hard it would be. Plus it is nice to know the history of the parents. She is certainly making an impr...

Re: New puppy owner

It looks like George is more than at home in the bathroom anyway. They certainly do work their way into your heart very quickly.

Re: New puppy owner

We took Poppy to the local Puppy training club & were amazed at how calm she was where the other pups were darting all over the place. She just sat beside my wife taking everything in & they commented on what a little angel she is. (Why is it both the kids and dog are as mad as anything at home?). P...

Re: 10.4 week old Labradoodle

Yes Poppy is a very curly Labradoodle. Here is a link to a thread with a picture of her. http://www.labradoodle.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=32557 They certainly do pile on the weight very quickly, she is a little star and at Puppy training they were very impressed with how quickly she was picki...

Re: 10.4 week old Labradoodle

Woah!! Poppy must be getting a growth spurt soon, how tall is she at the shoulder? Bella is now 8.1kg and still around 36-37 at the shoulder. If you want I have a chart that will tell you how big she will get. http://i772.photobucket.com/albums/yy5/Toby_Ord/Mobile%20Uploads/image_zpsthfnmmfy.jpg Th...

Re: New puppy owner

Thank you Rhea, that is quite a difference, did you panic at the thought of George turning into a 50kg monster? I think Poppy will be smaller than the predicted weight but time will tell. I will look up the chart.

Many thanks
