Re: Collitis, feeding chicken and rice, normal food, when/how?
Thanks for the responses, we don't have a Pets at Home here unfortunately however I am going this afternoon to have a look round Dobbies Garden Centre which has a big pets section and see if they have the chicken mentioned, that's a great idea, I have been using supermarket chicken (precooked chicke...

Re: Collitis, feeding chicken and rice, normal food, when/how?
Thanks Judy, you are right I will wait until she sees the vet. Her appetite has really picked up and she has been eating a whole chicken breast at every meal (bear in mind I've never had a dog before and really don't know if this is a horrendous amount for her to be eating) and a fair amount of rice...

Re: Any Help With Freyas Naughty Habit PLEASE............Thanks
Funnily enough Pippin was doing this this evening, she is a 7 week old bitch. She dragged her blanket out of her basket and went to great lengths twisting it round and round until it was all in a heap and then started humping the blanket I was surprised and consfused too :? thought this was a male d...

Re: Pics of Molly
Ahhh, she is gorgeous. I am with you on the disturbed nights we haven't had a full night's sleep since getting Pippin on Monday. So far it has mostly been my husband who has been taking her out at night (I am playing the 'I breastfed two children' card but I don't know how long that's going to keep ...

Collitis, feeding chicken and rice, normal food, when/how?
Pippin was diagnosed with Collitis at her check-up at the vet on Thursday, we knew she had loose poos and were becoming increasingly concerned at the presence of blood/mucus. She has been on an antibiotic and a probiotic and diet of rice and chicken (she is costing more than us to feed at the moment...

Wow, it's amazing how un-doodle like he looks. I knew you could get variation but I didn't realise their coat could be that lab like.

Re: New member looking for advice - Labradoodles in Scotland??
We are in Scotland (very near Edinburgh in fact) and bought Pippin from a breeder, Pam Millar, in Beith, Ayrshire, I notice she is on the list of breeders with The UK Labradoodle Association. Obviously I barely know her so can't say whether she would be able/willing to offer any advice/help but she ...

Re: New labradoodle owner would like to say hello!
Hi Caroline Sorry to hear about your Collie. It can be so hard when an animal dies (we have had cats before) they work their way right into your heart without you even noticing. Your Doodle is lovely :) My pictures of Pippin seem to be too big and I am struggling to resize them but will hopefully ma...

New labradoodle owner would like to say hello!
We got our 7 week old labradoodle puppy on Monday night, she is called Pippin (after much debate and eventually drawing lots), she is black (will try and put a photo on my profile) and very gorgeous. We have never had a dog before so will no doubt be asking all sorts of daft questions so bear with m...
