Doh, sorry, will not have an F grading like UK Doodles but rather will be graded on the Aussie scheme somewhere.

As far as I'm aware she will have F grading as she's a 50/50, think her grading will be on the Australian scale? Maybe ALF0 or ALF1?

Re: Allergies to labradoodles
Have a look here at the Labradoodle Trust's website http://www.labradoodletrust.com/allergy_info.html , as others have said much depends on what you are allergic to, hair, dander or saliva. It would be heartbreaking to take on a puppy and then find out that you can't keep it due to allergies so defi...

Re: Bathing Dog
On average I probably wash my three once a month, I try not to worry one way or another about it, if they need washed, they need washed, I just use a good quality doggy shampoo. None of my three (despite one being a hair coated F1) have a doggy smell though, sometimes food can cause a doggy smell, w...

Re: Basil F1 labradoodle
Welcome to UKLA, looking forward to seeing some pics of Basil, some more educated people will be able to tell you in detail how to put pictures on but you need to use a site such as Photobucket or Flickr and put your pictures on there first then copy the image code onto here. Have you see the UKLA C...

Re: getting another dog
I have three bitches, first two are only 10 months apart, looking back it was challenging but worth it. The next gap I had was over two years, the recommended gap and I must admit it was much easier, the older dogs were settled and took on a more motherly role (prob helped by the fact one of them is...

Re: Food and poo question
My gang are raw fed and have poos as you describe, I don't think anything is wrong, I thought it was a good sign?
. Unless he appears uncomfortable when passing them or seems to be constipated in any way I wouldn't worry.

Re: Bone.
Before getting our raw meat delivery I just used to ask the butcher for a bone for the dog too! Now we get a delivery from DAF and that includes bones. I've found with all of my three that their first bone or two can give them the runs but then they get used to them and the poos after bones ar...

Re: Another stupid question!
We use Milbemax as it covers Heartworm (big slug and snail population round here
). I've only ever used Stronghold when I've had reason to believe that they may have been exposed to beasties, otherwise they haven't had any nasties.

Re: Fife Doodle Meet - Sat, 24th September 2011 at 2pm
