We used Go Outdoors and recommend Outwell. We camped last year in Devon and it rained for the whole of the first week, but we were snug in our Hartford XL. It is huge, but we find that we soon fill it. Obviously two people wouldn't need anything as big, but in general, I like all the Outwells....
I use a head collar if we are likely to go somewhere exciting. Barley is good now, after a lot of loose lead training, but if he's at a meet or with other dogs, he pulls and lunges without much warning. Just a word of warning about head collars, make sure that your dog can still pant whilst wearing ...
Overbecks is just beautiful. We went there during the summer. We have been members of NT for about 10 years now, and it really is money well spent. The children have a wonderful time learning lots whilst having fun.
Hope you enjoyed it.
Having met Hagrid at a meet, I can tell you that he was chocolate and curly as a puppy. Lovely little thing.
I don't know the circumstances, but I hope all is well now and that Hagrid is able to stay with his family.
Herbie AkA wild thing is not a dog for the faint hearted  xxx Jan that made me lol! I can say exactly the same about both of ours - nutters. Barley was a lively puppy, but Tilly took a while to come out of her shell. She still has very quiet moments of wanting to be picked up and laid ...
We use it for Barley and it is perfect, he can have a good amount without getting chubby. Tilly, who is livelier and more like a mini poodle build, didn't put enough weight on with Burns and has JWB.
We were using Seraquin at great expense from the vet. We then found it was cheaper by half online. But then we discovered the same thing as a different brand for even less money! :D Noractive for large dogs. Our pet shop sells it which is a bonus. It contains just as much if not slightly more of the...
Just to say that Barley has a degree of HD, but with some swimming over summer, and a great supplement, he is doing really well. Cold, damp days make him a bit stiff, but one of the most important things is keeping the weight down. We have seen a great difference in him when we have upped his supple...
I don't use windows, it does too many things you haven't asked it to. I use Firefox and have very few problems on FB. Google Chrome is what we have on the laptop and that's great.
Hope you can get something sorted, Katherine. Would be lovely to chat to you over there.
So delighted that you've got your Belle back. But feel for you as you try to juggle the roller coaster of getting her meds right. We are all still thinking of her, and thank you for the regular updates. :) Good luck to you, and what a good girl she's been through all of this. Sending more virtual hu...
