Hi Maryanne, Buffy started out as a dark chocolate puppy, and has gradually lightened over time. I think I'd call her "cafe" now, but her colour changes with the seasons, and depending on how short her coat is. It looks as if it might have been an "oops" litter to me, and someone's decided they might as well try and make some money. I've sent them contact details for the Animal Welfare League in Gosford, just in case they can help with placing the pups or desexing the parents.

Buffy rolled in a very dead stingray at the beach once. We had to drive home with all the car windows open, and I could still smell it after bathing her twice - yuk!

Adam, I really don't believe that there should be any health concerns with respect to Labradoodles purchased from responsible breeders, who do all the necessary health testing. I'm sure most people here are well aware that there were problems with ASD breeding dogs (as well as pets) being sold that ...
