Re: waterproof dog walking jacket
Do the Target coats flare out over the hips ? - I'm fed up of having coats that are too big on the shoulders and having sleeves folded back a zillion times just so I can fasten it up around my generous backside !!!

Re: Supplementing kibble with what?
Teddy's dislike of dried food is what eventually steered me towards a raw diet - I started adding bits of various raw meats to his kibble along with canned mackerel/sardines etc and he would pick through it, eat the additions and leave the kibble !! However, for convenience, if we go away with the d...

Re: Recovery food???
Oh dear
One thing that will upset his tummy is if you do keep chopping and changing so I'd choose one thing and stick to it !
Hope he firms up soon xx

Re: Recovery food???
Hmmmm - in my humble opinion vets don't know much about canine nutrition and they get commision on Hills foods. My vets always give us a pack of Hills i/d after the boys have had a general anaesthetic and it does go down well, but I only give it to them cos it's free !!! You're in a slightly difficu...

Re: Dog walking wellies!! Views from welly-wearers needed pl
I'm a Muckboot fan - although I prefer the "Derwent" to the "Tack" as it has a much more rugged sole for better grip.
My OH has a pair of the "Tay" model and loves them:

Re: vomiting fozzy!
Awww - poor Fozzie ! If he won't drink, I'd be tempted to pop him down the vets tomorrow, but if he will drink then I wouldn't worry unduly. If either of my 2 have a runny tummy, I starve them for 24hours then give them a bit of boiled/steamed/microwaved chicken or white fish with potato or rice whi...

Re: Jecca pictures
Oh what a pretty girl ! It took Teddy a while to settle in a crate, we did lots of nice things in there like giving him his meals and putting in favourite toys and playing with him and he eventually grew to like it. Do you have a cover over it ? It makes it feel more den-like and can help them settl...

Re: A photo of Sadie as a puppy
Lovely photos - so nice for you to see her as a baby !
I also wonder what Harvey was like as a puppy as he came to us aged 2.5.
I couldn't love him any more than I do, but do wish I'd known him when he was a baby !
