cleaning teeth

I recently cleaned Daisys teeth with an electric toothbrush and dog toothpaste, has anyone else tried this?
The vet when I mentioned it didnt seem at all surprised she just said not enough people clean their dogs teeth.

Met a labrador the other day wearing a muzzle. He's not dangerous said the owner he's just cost us £500 in vets bills after eating a plastic bottle.

Daisy will quite often go a day or so without eating. Although she did eat my sandwiches today that I had made and left on the worktop forgetting to take them to work.
