Re: Wee and Grass

My neighbours son has 2 labs and eventally gave up and tried fake grass, he said it's great he just lifts any mess an hoses it down. Apparently there are dog appropriate types. We are seriously considerin this because I feel the kids will be missing outon the garden this summer. I have to say I have...

Just read this and hope Jaffa is feeling better soon, he's certainly been through the mill. I will keep a look out for updates.

Re: KENNELS

Juneau only went to kennels for the first time about 4 weeks ago and we ha to leave him over night on SaturdaY. We seem to be lucky, he was so excite to be back and the girls there were discussing his temperament an what he is like out etc. They obviously are very good with the dogs to know them but...

Re: Errr...Doodles and baths (esp big doodles... o_O ??)

Juneau runs a mile if I even touch the hose - plenty of time to get him used to it in the summer  , but loves a bath and jumps in at every opportunity even if it's empty. We have to make sure the door is closed if we run a bath for ourselves LOL

Re: Harringtons

Juneau loves Harringtons. I tried my best to find out if it was as good as it looks and could not find anything bad about it. We are buying it in Asda just now as it's on sale - £2 for 3kg

Re: tvdoodles

I feel like a sado admitting this but we were watching the sheepdog trials today and Juneau was histerical - kept trying to find out where the whistle was coming from and watching the tv for movement.

Re: Poo and pineapple

I have changed Juneaus food several times and now have him on Harringtons (maize based) but from what I gather it is very good value for what you get - not the best but certainly not the worst. His wind has almost stopped and he is not eating poo, infact we r having a problem as the snow defrosts he...

Re: Getting up at night for Ruby?????

Juneau discovered the whiney thing quite early on and for the neighbours sake as well as our own, I gave up - if it had been just me I would have persevered but the boys had school and OH had work.

Re: Poo and pineapple

Wendy is Murphy still as bad, Juneau still has a go but I have really concentrated on "leave it" command and it has helped no end. Let me know about the pineapple though, have heard it works.
Fingers crossed

Re: doodles face swelling up!!

Have you changed your washing powder if you use these to dry off after walking? My son attends Yorkhill for allergies, they keep testing him and nothing shows up. His lips go very white and swell up almost like a water bubble like if your hands r in the water too long. Recently we noticed it happend...
