I have been asked by two people that have flown in from the states Twyla and Kate to offer this website for all to read. These ladies have dropped everything to come and see for themselves the conditions of Rutland Manor. And last Monday they had another group of visitors to see Rutland Manor as well.

Once again you are deluded, these women came to Beverley's aid to help remove and stash her dogs before the inspection on the 21st. Dogs have been seen being removed from the RM property all day. If everything was A OK at RM, why did she remove the dogs??

We were asked to fill in the form on our visit which we duly did. I wasn't expecting it to make public viewing, but that doesn't mean anything other than proof that we actually visited.

The questions are very carefully framed on the document you were asked to sign. no questions about the bed areas, no questions about climate control for adults, no question about standard of grooming. The document was set up personally for you, or was it you that were setup?

Having had a good look at the site, I do have some comments

Bare tin kennels, with no insulation and no comfort, temperatures are very extreme in this part of Australia.

There is only one toy for the dogs on any picture and that is a very dolled up picture for a publicity shot on a table and it looks like pup does not understand what a toy is at all!

Weather stats for the area - not as extreme as you imply, although no doubt there are hotter and colder days.

The hessian sacks go on to metal frames to make trampoline beds. They keep the dogs off the floor and allow air to flow under the beds on warm days. Our guys love them, and when the sacks get ruined you get another one for $5.

Spring has certainly sprung here (shorts & sunblock), and looking at the photos from today, it doesn't look too bad down there.

This is just so staged....brand new feed bins ..so shiny and clean, a new puppy toy...never a chew mark or slobber stain .cute puppy with parasol and new toy.
Everything looks spotless and lovely.
Mask's face and head in the clipping picture gives an idea of what her coat was really being clipped for!
The place has indeed been spruced up....wonderful for the dogs.
However what we would like now is clarification on the pedigrees , an end to back to back ,underage breeding and insulation and sound proofing rather than the debarking that has been performed on these dogs, the noise levels from dogs barking inside a tin shed must be quite high.

Adam, you read back through this. You're weakening your argument by using nasty spiteful comments that will offend not only those at whom they are aimed. Now if you're trying to build an argument that people will believe in, it's really not the way to do things. I'd suggest a more mature approach.
