When Toby's been clipped he gets called a poodle, if not, he gets called a wheaten terrier. And when Boris was younger and not so hairy he was mistaken for a golden retriever puppy! :lol:

I too think Spinones are lovely, when Heartbeat was on I thought the Spinone on there, Deefor, was a doodle! (Great name isn't it, took me ages to get it).
People generally recognise my two as doodles but they do seem to split into camps, either really liking one or the other. I guess it's just what appeals to you as to which one they like. I of course adore them both!

Someone once asked me if Morello was a Bedlington. Admittedly she needed a haircut at the time, but really!

I have been asked if Cookie was a portugese water hound and I dont even bother correcting people who think Barley is a golden retriever anymore :roll:

i get irish wolfhounds...and murf gets the spinones,even off a couple who owned 2, they said he is very simular, but now he has had a trim i dont know what he looks like :? :lol:
