Just read this fantastic book by Judith Summers. It's so funny about her little cavalier and her journey of discovery into the world of rescue and the wonderful people who run the Many Tears rescue and their fosterers.
Fabulous, I couldn't stop laughing in parts at the dogs antics.
Interestingly enough she started because her son Joshua had gone away to Uni and she was lonely.
Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but it's worth reading, no doodles in it, a lab has a star part.

I've not read it, but will look out for it. Many Tears has a special place in my heart as that's where we adopted Darcey from.

It's called the Badness of King George by Judith Summers. I got it at Sainsburys in their 2 for £7 offer.
