Coco growing up

Post by casa42 » 24 Sep 2011, 18:18

Thought I'd share photos of Coco now she is starting to "scruff up". Can't decide if she looks more like a Labrador or a Poodle what do you think?

Coco is a miniature F1 Dad white miniature poodle Mum chocolate lab. She has a really weird coat, he head is a lot lighter brown than her body. Her body fur looks glossy and bumpy whereas her head is scruffy. Not sure what is going on - just think she is cute. Her tail is very bumpy and constantly wagging. Thought she maybe a labrasmoothie but not so sure now....

I always thought Gunner would be a smoothie but he also had the ears that were curly at the ends and the bumpy tail :? Looks as though Coco has a lot of coat changing to go through yet :D
Here he is at a few months old..

She's got a coat like Bruces at that age I bet you by the time she's one she'll have a thick wavy scruffy coat I thought Bruce was going to be like a lab I never thought he'd ever need to be clipped but this mad hair grew from no where and come summer I had to have him clipped due to him being to warm it's an easy coat to look after though it's fascinating watching them change :D

Kizzie looked very similar when she was a tiny puppy. Her white face started to appear and look at her now :P Her coat changes colour all the time from chocolate to chestnut and back, but her white face is pretty much constant. She also has a white stripe on her bum.

She does look like a Labradoodle (relief given her previois home, you never know) :D She looks very like Gunner and he is gorgeous as is Bruce. I don't really mind how she turns out, just can't believe the rate she is changing. From my point of view she is perfect she is great with the kids and has a brilliant personality. I am very pleased with her.
