I'm not saying you should pay attention to what you are feeding your dogs but without a named source I'm not sure how much attention I'd pay to this. I've seen the same post on a few sites.

I very much doubt that much lead would have any affect on your dog, not even the smallest pup... Unless that shoe is HUGE of they are eating them in tens.

Yes I did think the description on the photo was extreme which isn't a message I'd normally pass one but I thought it helped people know what to look for.

I do normally check verification though, but I was feeling a little lazy yesterday

I think that the point is that there is lead contamination - so what other contamination might there be?

Lead is very dangerous. Even in small amounts!
