I'm glad he seems a bit brighter, it's such a worry when they are not right.

I've only just caught up with this post. It's horrible when they're poorly, hopefully he's still on the mend now though.

Poor Austin! C had campylobacteriosis when he was little and that was. ..messy... so I sympathise.

I phoned my vet 2 nights ago (as C had eaten a raw marrow and was quite unwell) and she said there is a nasty gastroenteritis doing the rounds and if he was vomiting and had diarrhoea he would need vet treatment at the earliest opportunity.

Luckily it was just the marrow and my silly boy is fine again, but it made me aware of the nasty bug going round. Not sure where you are but it may have spread around. Im in east london / west essex / epping forest area.
