Hi everyone
has anyone bought pups from Tora's, Lomond Hills or Burnbrae. I'm looking to purchase one and wondered what peoples experiences have been. Does anyone live Cleveland North Yorkshire area, so i could possible come meet you and your dog and go for a walk. thanks

Hi, Tracy and welcome.

We bought our Dood from Lomondhills. He is just over a year, and is a fantastic boy. He's 26 ins to shoulder, so quite a big lad. We were delighted with all our dealings with Breanda and Grahame, from early enquiries through to now, when we're still in touch, and Dexter goes back regularly for grooming. And I'm very happy to recommend them. They are in Fife, Scotland.

I have also heard very good reports from the other breeders you mentioned, but have no personal experience of them. Please feel free to PM me if you need further info, and good luck with your search.

Beast wishes, Sandie and Dexter Dood. X

I got Lucy from Tora's just a couple of weeks ago.

Jackie was very helpful and informative and would highly recommend her.

I also looked at Lomond Hills and Burnbrae, and in the end settled on Tora's as she had a litter due at the right time for us (we had holidays booked etc), but the pups / dogs from Lomond Hills and Burnbrae are also gorgeous. I think Burnbrae might be slightly more expensive too.

We got Sam from Toras (same litter as Lucy) and agree Jackie was fantastic. We live in Nottingham but trip was worthwhile for us x

Hi Tracy

We got bentley from toras, Jackie is very nice, always replied to my emails etc.
Bentley was 1 a couple off weeks ago, we chose toras as we new someone that had brought from Jackie, & there dog is lovely. Bentley is a minature, apricot in colour & the most lovely dog we could have asked for.
If you need any more info just let me know.

We live near Durham and have an australian labradoodle, not sure if this is too far for you, he's not from the breeder you mentioned though. We have friends at Cleveland who have 2 from toras, a medium and standard size.

Hi Tracy

I was told you were asking about Tora labradoodles.

We got both Bella ( 3 in March) and Alfie (18 months) from Toras. Jackie is a great breeder, hence why we got our second pup from her. Both Bella and Alfie are completely different in both looks and personalities. However what they do have in common is both are brilliantly fun dogs.

If it's any help you're more than welcome to meet our dogs, I'm a little busy this week (having a root canal...although I would love any excuse to cancel! Ha ) I'm sure we could arrange something after that? Or if you've got any questionsx
