Sshhh, keep it quiet. What's your dood getting for Christmas?

Post by Pollydoodle » 19 Dec 2015, 22:43

Am more disorganised than usual this Christmas so besides OH having made the all important pud and a set of simple lights outside nothing else has been put up or done. Have even missed cut off for our meat supplier of choice .Christmas has snuck up on us some how...

Only pressies bought are for the doodles!

OH bought rather large antlers and hid them.
Suffice to say one dood has had his nose to the old coal store door with deep inhaling going on

So what is your dood getting for Christmas?

PS:Just for fun, what has it GOT TO BE:
Christmas pud with custard (no way); cream (nahh);brandy or better rum butter (if you must); or good vanilla ice-cream?

Ice cream there is NO other choice for me!

Oscar caught sight of the pheasant toy we were trying to smuggle in from the car, and spent about an hour sat, staring at the cupboard where we had put it   . These dood's are so clever, and unlike the kids, have the ability to sniff out there presents too.

It's Christmas pud and Brandy sauce here. :)

My 2 are having a pile of new toys as in the las 2 weeks they have destroyed the toys that they have had since they were puppies. We have been out and scoured the local pet supply shops and chosen some that look and feel tough. They seem to be well and truely in the teenage phase now - please tell me it passes quickly ! They are far worse now than when they were little puppies.

Don't have anything with mine why spoil the taste covering it with another taste?

Stout is getting a chuck it hoop - we brought it at the start of December - Stout was there - he then sat there looking up at it - so I gave in and he has already had his present   , he normally enjoys the wrapping paper destruction more than the present

The birds have got seed sticks - like every year - our parrot is scared of new things in his cage and wont go near them for a few weeks, so we dont want him being scared when we arent there  . It is his hatch-day tommorrow - he is 17 - so he gets two seed sticks

Re Christmas pud - nothing - it is evil  - I don't like dried fruit - it is poisonous (glad we have a dog so can use that excuse now  ) - I am having lemon posset. In our house everyone else has cream and brandy butter.
Cheers,

Chris, Michelle & Stout

It'll be four packs of pizzles, and a tuggy toy.

Yes! Dude's 26kg, but he's such a softy, sensitive Dood! We are dreading the fireworks tonight! (Although it's bucketing down here in Somerset so that should put a dampener on the revellers!)Happy 2016 to everyone from us Kings. Xx
