She then continued saying that ' people only get them because they are designer dogs, they are commom, really expensive for what is essentially a cross breed and hopfully the craze for this ' stupid named breed will soon stop.' i was sooooooo angry
i called paige and continued.Obviously she is allowed her opinion but to say this to someone who owns and LOVEs her doodle to bits, i was shocked. i also happened to notice that all her dogs were expensive pedigree dogs.
I look back now and wish i had said something to back up the FANTASTIC breed but clearly anything that is not a pure pedigree dog is not acceptable to this lady.
Then this afternoon i got a big bag of treats from a friend. I took out the small treats to put in the cupboard, the boxes of bonios etc was going into the garage so i left it in the bag by the back door.
Later on while i was in the kitchen i looked up the garden and saw paige huddled right at the top with her back to the house. She doesnt usually do this unless she has something she should't. i went out called her, got no response. Then i noticed a small bit of red cardboard half way up the garden and instanly recognised it as a Bonio box. i walked up to paige and to my horror she had the bonio box which was empty, she looked up at me with her beard full of crumbs and an innocent look on her face.
i just had to laugh at the pure cheekiness, after all what was done. was done. My doodle obviously knew how to brighten up my day after the mornings experience and i wouldnt change her for the WORLD.

has done her homework on Labradoodles otherwise you should regarded her as a ignorant un-informed fool and treat her with the contempt she deserves.

Paige only just managed to eat her evening meal, think her pride got in the way and the fact that food was in the bowl so it had to be eaten.
