You can use this area for idle or not so idle chat that is not related to Labradoodles as long as you keep it free of flame wars and anything obscene.

Peaceful Protest Manchester re the Killing of Greyhounds

Post by linny » 07 Jan 2014, 12:35

On Sunday 26th January 2014 at 16.00hrs a peaceful International demonstration will be held outside the Hilton hotel in Deansgate Manchester UK. People will unite from all over the world to be a voice for the greyhounds. The GB Greyhound board will be holding an awards ceremony to congratulate one another at the Hilton hotel. While champagne flows inside, the tears will flow outside on behalf of the the estimated million plus dogs that have suffered and died at the hands of the British racing industry. Please be their voice, please attend!! Bring a lantern or candle to light the dark..each light will represent a dog that has died behind the scenes of greyhound racing.
