just gloating

You can use this area for idle or not so idle chat that is not related to Labradoodles as long as you keep it free of flame wars and anything obscene.

I'm not at all jealous - up at 6.30am Sat and Sun, children up nappies changed breakfast made CBeebies on, let the dogs out, feed them, walk them, let out the chickens - no eggs yet again - feed the tortoises. Child no 2 back to bed, into the shower........ MY GOD I'M BORING MYSELF NOW!

I hope you had a fantastic time - you lucky lucky girl!

i had a wonderful time thanks for all your replies hotel was very nice wedding was great breakfast was loverly

then we ask ourselves why do we never do this so we made a deal to book a hotel every 2 months or so just for one nite to chill and talk and to have a laugh because we all get in the same rut so ladies if you can book a bit of time out do it because we all need it

(but maybe without a hangover :? )

Glad you had a good time. You are right, with the hustle and bustle of everyday life, maybe we should all take time out to chill.

Sounds lovely!

We collect all our change in 2 piggy banks. The silver goes to treating ourselves to a meal or night away, and every now and then we take the copper to the local pub, gather all the collection boxes on a table and share it all out. (If we were better people we would do it the other way round  )
