He comes across so perfectly in your writing, what a wonderful friend and companion he must have been. You have done the right thing by him and made the choice which benefits him most. He will always live on in your hearts and memories.

Im an emotional wreck after reading that. A beautifully written tribute to a beautiful boy.
I think we ALL have a lot to thank Dougal for, I’m sure if it was not for him we would not have this place to share our doodle stories’, laughs, worry, photos and experiences!
So thank you Dougal! xx

Hi Mark,

So sorry to hear of your loss. Reading you message this morning is so very true and the tears were flowing.

I can agree Our Doodles are the best and bring us all joy, happiness and heartache but they will always be with us in memories and also in the little touches they left not only in our hearts but also in and around the house you have shared togeather for so long.

May Dougal rest in peace. God bless you little man and I so hope to meet you one day in Rainbow Bridge.

From all of us and our Doodles down under in Oz. xx
PS. Big hugs to you and all your family at this precious moment. Thank you so much for sharing this touching and so special and intimate moment with us all. I think it certainly puts a very big persepctive on how unique and special our Doodles are to us all and how much we love having these cheaky, inquisative but loving, loyal, honest little members of our family with us. Always in our hearts.
