Belle

Post by Bid » 10 Feb 2013, 14:54

Those who know Jackie will be sad to hear that her beautiful Belle passed away in her arms this morning. Belle was the best in show at the first ever doodle show - she was the most beautiful doodle I have ever met - both inside and out. Jackie will bounce back to fight again for the welfare of the dogs she loves so much, but at the moment my thoughts and love are with her, and her doodles Milo and Sassy.

Sleep tight beautiful Belle.

About a year ago Belle was very poorly and all the doodle forums lit candles and held a vigil and she pulled through. Sadly her illness came back with a vengeance and she was just too weak to fight it this time.

It is Jackie who has been posting on the Woofability thread - passionate about dogs welfare even though she was nursing Belle at home.

I don't know Jackie or Belle, but she was obviously a much loved friend. Warm thoughts and gentle licks from Phoebe and me.

Jackie, my thoughts are with you. We all know how hard you battled for Belle.
Run free Belle and look for my Bobby who also suffered the same problem.
BIG HUGS,
Linny
