Hello from a new dood!

It seems rude to keep reading all your posts, and seeing pictures of your gorgeous doods, and not to introduce ourselves.

Dillon came to dominate our lives in July and was an instant hit with us, our 12 year old GSD X Kirei, and our 6 cats (well maybe not such a hit with them ). Unfortunately on Dillons six month birthday, we unexpectedly lost our girl , so he is now on his own, and probably spoilt rotten.

Having read lots of your posts, I think his progress is about normal - loves to eat remote controls, mobile phones, anything within reach really! He has just turned 8 months, is 31kg, and about 26inch (if I have measured correctly), any idea what he will finish up at?

Anyway, we love him dearly, and are please to meet you all

Welcome Ruth & Dillon. I think the photo of Dillon looks a lot like Tasha's Louie maybe and he is a big boy but gorgeous too.

Welcome!! Wow what a big beautiful boy! I'm not sure how big he'll grow but still some growing to do yet I would think!!

My doodle, Frankie, is nearly 5 months and is 15kg - how big was Dillon at 5 months? Not sure how big Frankie will grow either!!

I too had a GSD x who was a wonderful boy who died in July so thankfully we are both used to big dogs!

Keep the photos coming - forgot to bring my cacmera down to Derbyshire so hopefully will post some more of Frankie soon.

Wow, I can't believe Dillon is only 8months old, he makes my 10mnth old look really weedy!!! Hope he isn't too enthusiastic when meeting other dogs and people as he will easily bowl them over
