Thanks for your replies guys! Very tired but very worth it. I would rather be tired now and have him well trained than the other way around! I know you must be getting sick of pictures but...

I bet you can't wait! You've found a great resource in this forum, it has been great for me and has provided a wealth of information and support from the members. I know I was going to cool it with the Harvey pics but I had to do just one more....

He's so cute! How can anyone be bored by sweet photos of little pups?? Post away....! And don't worry, once you get tired enough, you zonk out no matter what...
You may need to think about removing those shoes once he's settled in...

Oh yes- you're learning fast-
God made 'em cute so you don't kill 'em!!  ...during the bitey faze, teenage faze, recall training, being the class clown (and the cleverest) at puppy classes so all the pedigree owners tut and sniff at your "designer dog", for weeing in your shoe, running off and doodling that dog a mile in the distance.....:D

You'll forgive him all of it because he'll steal your heart- and your slippers, your glasses, the tea towels, your hair brush, chew your leather handbag and the Persian rug and the table and chair legs....

Ps the Persian rug is a true story on here somewhere- someone's puppy ruined a really, really expensive one. She was terrified to own up to her husband so she hid the damage and then pretended she found it while he was watching the pup so he took the blame!!
Thank goodness for this forum- we'll be here to laugh and cry with you all the way! Xxx
