Stout back in hospital
Chris has just taken stout back to the vet and they have kept him in. He seemed a bit better yesterday, we managed to get him to eat something. He woke at 6 had some water then started whimpering and was sick again. Chris took him to the vet and he had anti sickness drugs and antibiotics. He stopped being sick about 12 but was really drooling. So we took him back. They are going to X ray him, chase up the pancretitus test and put him back on the drip. I am so worried. Doodle healing vibes needed please

Aww Michelle I'm so sorry that your ickle Stout is back in hospital
On the up side, he is in the best
place and perhaps the xray will show what's causing his tummy ache, poor chap? Just thinking now...
could he have eaten something that he can't digest - perhaps while out on a walk... or a sock or similar?
Sending lots of get well soon vibes to your lovely boy xx

Chris has just heard from the vet. The xray showed a thickened stomach. They did an endoscopy and found that he had a severely ulcerated stomach. Thankfully none had burst. He will be in tonight and maybe tomorrow on drips. They are not sure what caused it, maybe food allergy, but at least we have an answer. Glad Chris insisted on an xray

Oh, I just hate hearing about poorly doodles. Lots of loving vibes coming from me and Paddy. Is it something that would have developed over time or an acute reaction to something? Maybe you don't know.

Bloomin 'eck - no wonder he was in pain, and didn't want to eat.
Can food allergy really do that so much?
Sending huge stomach calming/healing vibes. Ok, not for a huge stomach. Just the vibes are huge.
