Sorry Linny

We can't make this one, would have been OK the previous weekend , but that's May Bank holiday weekend so may not have suited others.

Oh that's a shame :( :( we will miss you both (and Harvey )
We thought the previous weekend would be too busy at the Locks.

Hi lovely Linny :P

I was going to contact you, because fingers crossed, I am staying in a caravan in Dawlish Warren that weekend with my friend (also called Ruth), and was hoping to maybe meet up. I will have Dillon with me, and Ruth will have her two geriatrics Holly and Homer, so it will be a 'different' weekend  I cannot remember the last time I stayed in a caravan, and Dillon certainly hasn't!

I will let you nearer the time if all is going to plan, and hope to see you if possible :D xxx

I have just realised this is my 1000th post :P :P :P

I know we're not regulars at the meets but will deffo try to make this one... we'll have been away all week at a dog friendly chalet in the dunes near St Ives, so might be pooped, but will try

would be nice for Douglas to meet some other doodles. the only other one we know is ball obsessed and doesn't pay him a blind bit of notice

Sorry folks, don't think we will make this meet either

Jack has ripped one of his claws right through and is having it taken off entirely under sedation at the vet this morning, so I don't think he will be up to a Doodle meet, and I could never take him to one on a lead as he would be heart broken not to be joining in the rampaging.

He is already sitting forlornly at the glass door, watching Beccles and Hubbie head off on their morning bounce, gently snuffling sadly to himself.

I've also got Mum very ill so back and forth to Drs and up to Manchester Hospital to her specialist.

and... I have my daughter's In Laws To Be coming down in 2 weeks time on a visit/stay so need to blitz the entire house and get rid of the buiders dust and muck, whilst they are still working, and finally get round to putting up curtains properly and removing the stink of wet dog, if this monsoon ever ends

AND,,,I have to go into hospital for a day just aftr their visit to have a lump, thought to be a stone left over from my head fall in Sri Lanka, removed from my forehead...so not the easiest of times at the moment, but we will catch up with the Diehards as soon as we can.

:( :( :( :( Sorry to hear about both you and your Mum Cecilia.
Do give your Mum our best wishes, hope she's much better soon.
The same goes for you....we all hope that you are soon on the mend and able to make the meets.
It's not the same without you , Jack and Beks.

Looking forward to the meet next week folks and keeping everything crossed for a fine day :)

If anyone else wants to join us please do.
If you are thinking about buying a Dood this is the place to see the different coat types, colours and sizes and get a feel for the personality of the cross ....... as long as you don't make a decision based on Huggy
