North West Doodle Meeting - May 4th

Post by travis » 12 Apr 2014, 06:42

I'm hoping we can all meet up on May 4th.
As you may or may not have heard there has been at least one case (I think it is unconfirmed) of Alabama Rot in the Delamere area.I don't want to be alarmist but neither do I want to put a pack of doodles at risk. So as previously suggested maybe Sale / Chorlton water park may be a better bet.
I would suggest meeting at Jackson's Boat pub at 10:30am and decide which way to go from there.

All welcome :D

Hi all

After Edie thoroughly enjoyed the last outing at Royden Park, I'm hoping to come along again. I'm not sure how she'll be with a 1hr car journey to reach Sale so may see how she goes over the next few weeks before committing but fingers crossed. Hopefully her recall will be a bit better too as she starts training next week... unbeknown to her  Don't want a repeat of her pinching footballs from random people :?

Sorry I've been out of touch over the last couple of days driving back from Portugal. Just arrived back at near midnight but we will be there tomorrow morning and looking forward to seeing anyone who can make it.

Thanks to all who turned up.
Waffles was such a happy character who must have covered 4 times the distance of everyone else
I look forward to re-visiting the banks of the Mersey and Chorlton water park again, it was a great venue thanks go to Julie (Jaybz) for the suggestion.
