Sorry Piet and I will not be able to make the 10th. Piet took a sudden dip last Wednesday and was rushed to the Vets. His red and white blood counts were very low and he had an extremely high temperature. He had picked up yet another infection - who knows where but we thought we were going to lose him that evening. However, after lots of blood tests and more meds he is making a slow recovery. I think my stress level was also very high that evening!!! We did enjoy catching up with you all last time and hopefully Piet will be in better health for the next walk.

Hi everyone, sorry myself and Maisy have been absent lately, we've been to some doggy festivals and beaches with friends and family and I went to Morocco, but am hoping if there is a walk on sunday 24th august then we will be there if it is relatively close so the Nonsuch Park one would be good. Sorry we weren't able to make to make the stroll in Cheam yesterday. Ruby was rushed to the vet with a very deep gash in her paw and had to be operated on and bandaged up eto the nines! Nearly £400 pounds later she is hobbling about in a very smart red dressing and feeling a bit sorry for herself Bit of a dramatic weekend!!

Hope you had a good walk and look forward to meeting up again soon!
