just bumping this up...

so far we have 8+ folk and doods... (haven't included OHs and offpspring etc which always swells the numbers on the day :D )
Can we not make it in the afternoon?????
re changing the time... alas we have found that a.m tends to be more convenient than p.m for most folk or rathter, the hounds!. however, we can always organise another get together in the not-so distant future

personally would prefer the morning - the afternoons are a bit crap at the mo and if we do 10:30/11 the sun is usually out by then (if it's gonna appear)

We can always do another meet in a few weeks again?

guys and gals its absolutely fine we are not expecting you all to change the time of meet, i agree the afternoons can sometimes be much cooler than the later mornings, it is such a shame as we were really looking forward to the meet - but these things happen, we gave my son the choice and he picked the party so we will join you all next time - i hope you put some photo's on for us to see tho please!! and have a great walk !!
