Hi Mark, can you do anything about the dodgy 'dating' adverts as well?

If there are spammy/dodgy posts in the forum then please use the Report facility or PM/email me and I will remove them. If there are google ads being shown on your page that you don't appreciate then I'm afarid there's nothing we can do about it - ads are selected by google based on the visitor's search history...

Regards,
Mark

:!: Hmm- I get Filipino babes dating ads- I've never searched for anything like it and neither has OH. (If he did, he wouldn't do it on my laptop would he?! )
I can honesty say no-one has ever looked at any thing even slighty rude on it. I have my filters set so nothing nasty comes up. I don't get dodgy emails. I don't get ads like that anywhere other than on here. Its not that bad- just scantily clad girls but not wanted or of interest. I don't know if others have the same?
The ads between the posts are often to do with something I have searched for or something that has been discussed on here.

Ad Block does the trick but I found the ads quite useful especially when I was looking for dog friendly holiday accommodation.

Thanks for sorting. I miss my daily dose of the forum :(

I seem to get labradoodle books, on the amazon ones, though I never search for these... I look at dog beds collars etc on amazon, but not dog books let alone labradoodle books! Huh... Odd...
