Citronella?

I used cotton wool to wipe it on - it does need repeating every couple of weeks, although havng said that I used it before Beamish came home and he must have decided straight away that he didn't like the taste of wood because he never chewed. Poppy was a devil though, and all our skirting boards and the patio windows were chewed by her before we got the citronella!
